Senior Project Manager

Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Project Department Head to lead our Solar Projects vertical, covering rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations (including solar pumping systems). This role owns end-to-end project delivery from design and vendor coordination through site execution, commissioning, and handover and account book clearing will be responsible for building and leading the project team as this vertical scales.
As the business grows, this role may also extend oversight to adjacent project verticals (fire-fighting systems, plumbing/PHE).

Qualifications :
B.E./ B.Tech./Diploma in Electrical & Electronics & Masters in Project Management.
Experience :
The candidate should preferably have experience in Solar EPC projects
EPC Project development.
8–10 years of relevant experience out of which exclusively 5 years in solar projects, renewable energy, EPC, electrical projects or industrial solar projects.
Experience in handling B2B/C&I customers will be preferred.
Experience in rooftop and/or ground-mounted solar projects will be an advantage.
Experience in techno-commercial sales and tendering will be preferred.
