Job Title: Program Head
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Program Head to oversee the academic planning, quality, coordination, and continuous improvement of the assigned programme. The role involves working closely with faculty, students, programme teams, industry partners, alumni, and internal departments to ensure effective programme delivery and a high-quality learning experience.
Key Responsibilities: As a Program Head you will be responsible for the following:
·Sectioning of students and creation of Learning Teams
·Budget planning for all the academic affairs
·Coordinating with relevant departments for all Industry Interaction Activities with 100% documentation
·Planning certification courses as per guidelines
·Preparing a comprehensive batch planner and master calendar
·Course plan quality check and also monitor consistency of lesson delivery across all sections.
·Feedback has to be collected three weeks after the start of the semester and also at the end of the semester. The analysis report based on feedback has to be shared with the Director.
·Program Managers and Coordinators will coordinate with Section Leaders to ensure updating of daily, weekly and monthly reports as per the guidelines and templates shared.
·Analyze continuous assessment marks for all courses
·Analyze the percentage of case study, co-teaching and mini projects as per the program requirements.
·Timely evaluation of quality of conduct of program in all dimensions and take timely initiatives to fill the gaps found.
·Conduct an annual program review of their program from various stakeholders and suggest necessary changes and improvements.
·Ensure proper implementation of peer evaluation of faculty members teaching in their program every semester.
·Connect, engagement and documentation of activities done with alumni allotted on monthly basis.
·Ensuring regular and timely update of all events/ programs/ activities/ achievements etc to Communication office for blogs and promotion and IQAC office for records.
·Assist and coordinate with the Director, providing updates and reporting on departmental matters / academic changes.
