Trainee Consultant (Sales Consulant)

Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Trainee Consultant (Sales Consultant). The Trainee Consultant will support sales consulting activities by engaging prospective and existing clients, understanding their training and coaching needs, and presenting appropriate programs and certification offerings. Day-to-day tasks include participating in client calls, assisting in preparing proposals and presentations, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and following up to ensure timely closures and ongoing customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with trainers and coaches, gathering feedback from clients, and contributing to the continuous improvement of services and processes. The Trainee Consultant will work closely with senior consultants to build consulting and sales skills while upholding Towards Brilliance’s values and service standards.
Qualifications
Strong sales and Consulting skills, with an interest in learning solution-based selling in training and coaching services.
Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, including responsiveness, empathy, and follow-through.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and engage diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client interactions.
Basic proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or sales tracking systems (or willingness to learn).
Recent BBA Graduates ONLY.
Prior exposure to sales, training, coaching, or consulting is an advantage but not mandatory.
