Hiring: Customer Service Executive – USA Email & Chat Process
📍 Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
📅 Working Days: 5 Days a Week
🌙 Shift: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
💰 Salary: Up to ₹45,000/month
💼 Process: USA Customer Service – Email & Chat
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through email and chat.
Provide prompt, professional and accurate resolutions.
Understand customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
Follow process guidelines and maintain proper communication.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
Meet quality and productivity standards.
Requirements:
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good typing and computer skills
Minimum typing speed: 50 WPM.
Comfortable communicating with US/international customers.
Prior experience in international customer service/BPO is an advantage.
Willingness to work in a night shift.
