YoCharge is on a mission to enable clean and smart electric mobility across the world. As we grow our 20+ member team, we’re looking for a People & Culture Assistant to lead recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, employee engagement, and people-related compliance.
This is a great role for someone looking to start or grow their career in HR in a startup environment.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at our location in Udaipur. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and benefits administration on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead in recruitment coordination – job postings, scheduling, candidate communication
Support smooth onboarding & documentation for new team members
Maintain organized employee records, leave logs, and attendance updates
Help implement company policies and SOPs
Help foster a great workplace culture
Assist in HR compliance (offer letters, contracts, ID collection)
Qualifications
A graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies expertise
Experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Any HR related certification is a plus
