Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role is based in Gurugram and focuses on driving growth for High Creation Interior. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with residential and commercial clients, and nurturing a strong referral network with architects, real estate professionals, and corporate partners. The Business Development Manager will prepare and deliver proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into project scopes. Daily responsibilities include market research, pipeline management, regular reporting on sales performance, and representing the company at industry events and client meetings. The role also includes contributing to marketing initiatives and providing feedback to leadership on market trends and client needs.
Qualifications
Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills, with experience in converting leads into long-term engagements.
Proficiency in market research, opportunity analysis, and strategic planning to identify and prioritize target segments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey design and service value clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Solid organizational, time management, and CRM skills to manage pipelines, follow-ups, and documentation effectively.
Background in interior design, architecture, real estate, or related service industries is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to client-specific requirements.
Comfort with on-site client meetings in Gurugram and surrounding areas, including occasional travel for business opportunities.
