Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Full-stack Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end components. Responsibilities include building responsive user interfaces, implementing and optimizing server-side logic, integrating APIs and databases, and ensuring code quality through reviews and testing. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver features on schedule, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance and security. The developer will also participate in technical discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and support deployments and ongoing maintenance.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), including building responsive, accessible user interfaces.
Demonstrated experience in Back-End Web Development, designing and implementing robust server-side logic and APIs.
Hands-on expertise in Software Development and Full-Stack Development for modern web applications.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used for full-stack work (such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or similar).
Experience with modern front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Spring).
Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases, version control (Git), and basic DevOps practices for deploying and monitoring applications.
Ability to write clean, testable code and use unit/integration testing frameworks to maintain reliability.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
