Performance Marketer Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies while maximizing return on ad spend. Curiosity of AI is a must. Should have knowledge of Claude too.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
· Develop and manage performance marketing strategies to achieve lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue targets.
· Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
· Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
· Create A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to enhance campaign performance.
· Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
· Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
· Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
· Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
· Generate regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to management.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
· 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
· Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
· Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
· Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and reporting skills.
· Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
· Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
· Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
· Experience with CRM platforms and marketing analytics tools.
· Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or landing page optimization is an added advantage.
