Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Officer role based in Hosur (Tamilnadu) . The Human Resources Officer will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding new hires, and coordinating training and development activities. The role involves implementing and updating HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and handling employee relations matters in a fair and consistent manner. The Human Resources Officer will also help develop and update job descriptions, assist with compliance and documentation, and collaborate with management to ensure HR practices align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience in core HR operations.
Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and compliance, with the ability to interpret and implement organizational guidelines.
Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with a focus on resolving concerns and supporting a positive workplace environment.
Candidates should possess skills in Job Description Development, including structuring roles and responsibilities clearly.
Relevant Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Proficiency in HR documentation, MS Office, and basic HR information systems; experience in manufacturing or automotive sector is beneficial.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple tasks, and apply sound judgment in HR decision-making.
