Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Manager based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Talent Manager will be responsible for identifying and recruiting exceptional talent, managing relationships with current and potential partners, and developing strategic talent pipelines. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to support events and initiatives while maintaining a focus on fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Talent Acquisition, Networking, and People Management
Proficiency in Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving capabilities
Ability to oversee project timelines, organize events, and manage deliverables
Familiarity with Digital Marketing and Branding concepts is a plus
Proven ability to work effectively in both in-office and remote settings
Experience in event management or talent-based industries is desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Passion for engaging with diverse groups and fostering inclusive collaboration
