About the Role
A full-time Product Designer role owning design end-to-end for one of our four net-new product lines. You'll work directly with the PM (and occasionally the client) to take a feature from rough idea to shipped UI, with real ownership over the design decisions that go into a live product.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end UI/UX design for a product line — from early concept through shipped feature.
Work directly with the PM to scope designs against business requirements and timelines.
Build and maintain design-system consistency across the product line as it grows.
Prototype and test flows before handing off to engineering.
Partner with engineers through implementation to make sure designs ship as intended.
Use product and usage data to inform design iteration post-launch.
Required Skills & Experience
0–2 years of professional experience as a Product/UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent), including component systems and prototyping.
Strong visual design fundamentals and an ability to work with light supervision.
Comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment.
Ability to work directly with US-based stakeholders in a remote setup.
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, marketplaces, or consumer apps.
Familiarity with AI-assisted design/prototyping workflows.
Some understanding of front-end implementation (HTML/CSS or React component thinking).
