Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Collection Executive – Field role based in Delhi, India. The role involves visiting customers in the field to follow up on overdue payments for electric vehicle finance and loan against property accounts. Responsibilities include explaining outstanding dues, negotiating repayment plans, collecting payments or documentation, and ensuring accurate records of visits and interactions. The Collection Executive will coordinate with the branch and credit teams, verify customer details when required, and escalate high-risk or non-cooperative cases according to company policy. The role also requires adherence to regulatory guidelines, maintaining professional conduct in all customer interactions, and meeting assigned collection targets.
Qualifications
Credit Control and Finance skills to understand loan structures, repayment schedules, and risk indicators.
Debt Collection experience with field follow-ups, negotiation of repayment plans, and handling overdue accounts.
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for clear, respectful, and persuasive customer interactions.
Analytical Skills to assess customer repayment capacity, identify potential defaults, and prioritize follow-up actions.
Knowledge of NBFC operations, electric vehicle financing, and loan against property processes is an advantage.
Ability to work predominantly in the field, manage time effectively, and meet individual and team collection targets.
Minimum higher secondary education; a diploma or degree in commerce, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Comfort with basic digital tools and mobile applications for updating collection status and accessing customer records.
Integrity, reliability, and adherence to regulatory and company guidelines for fair and non-coercive collection practices.
