Field Sales Executive – Healthcare SaaS
Medoho Private Limited is a healthcare technology company building an all-in-one digital healthcare management platform for doctors, clinics, hospitals, laboratories and pharmacies.
We are hiring an experienced Field Sales Executive with a strong healthcare sales background. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in healthcare/pharmaceutical field sales.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar.
Responsibilities
Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, laboratories and pharmacies.
Introduce and explain Medoho’s healthcare management platform.
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals and professional networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic owners, hospital administrators and healthcare professionals.
Understand customer requirements and explain how Medoho can help manage OPD, IPD, appointments, prescriptions, patient history, billing, laboratory, pharmacy, inventory and follow-ups.
Schedule and conduct product demonstrations.
Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
Coordinate with the onboarding and implementation team after customer confirmation.
Maintain accurate daily visit reports, lead details and follow-up activities in the CRM.
Collect market feedback and share competitor and customer insights with the management team.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales, lead-generation and demo targets.
Develop strong healthcare networks in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and nearby areas.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical field sales.
Proven experience in meeting doctors, clinics, hospitals, laboratories or pharmacies.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Must currently live in Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar.
Must be comfortable with regular local field travel.
Ability to explain products clearly to non-technical customers.
Self-motivated, target-oriented and disciplined.
Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, email, CRM and basic computer applications.
Gujarati and Hindi communication skills are strongly preferred. English communication skills will be an advantage.
