Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Development Representative at Kargen AI. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify prospective freight brokerage customers, conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social channels, and nurture leads through discovery conversations. This role includes managing a pipeline of opportunities, scheduling and coordinating product demos for the sales team, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The SDR will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging, provide feedback from the market, and support campaigns aimed at small and mid-sized brokerages.
What we're looking for
3+ years of outbound SDR/BDR experience selling to the US market
Comfortable cold calling US decision-makers
Strong written English; you can write a cold email someone actually replies to
Organized and metrics-driven; you track your own pipeline without being chased
Willing to overlap US business hours (evening/night IST)
Bonus: logistics, freight or supply chain exposure
