Baan Phad Thai is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our premium Thai dining experience in Bangalore.

🎯 Who Are We Looking For?
6–10 years of F&B experience
Candidates from 5-Star Hotels, Luxury Hotels, Premium/Fine-Dining Restaurants or Premium Casual Dining
Strong experience in restaurant/outlet operations
Excellent guest handling and service recovery skills
Strong team leadership and people management
Good understanding of restaurant business performance and daily operations
Excellent communication, grooming and hospitality mindset
Experience in premium dining / Asian / Thai restaurants will be an advantage
