Restaurant Manager – Baan Phad Thai | Hyderabad
Baan Phad Thai, a premium Thai dining concept from Bangkok, is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Hyderabad outlet.
We are looking for hospitality professionals with experience in 5-Star Hotels, Premium/Fine Dining, or Premium Casual Dining who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team to deliver high service standards.
- Ensure excellent guest experience, service quality, and guest engagement.
- Manage restaurant opening/closing, staffing, rosters, and floor operations.
- Monitor sales, costs, inventory, and operational KPIs.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, SOPs, and brand standards.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and management teams.
- Drive team performance and support business growth.
What We're Looking For:
- 5–10 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality operations.
- Experience in 5-Star Hotels, Premium Dining, Fine Dining, or Premium Casual Dining.
- Strong communication and people-management skills.
- Excellent guest handling and service orientation.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations, sales, and cost management.
- Strong grooming, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
