Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, India. The Sales Manager will oversee regional sales operations, build and manage and drive revenue growth across key industrial segments. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts and channel partners, and monitoring sales performance against targets. The role involves regular market visits, customer meetings, product presentations, and negotiation of contracts and pricing to expand market share for AIPLSUNMIGHT ABRASIVE products. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
Strong experience in B2B sales, account management, and channel development within industrial or manufacturing sectors. Prefersbably selling abrasives and tools
.
Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
Solid understanding of industrial products, preferably abrasives, tools or related solutions.
Ability to work on-site, conduct regular field visits, and travel within the region as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms to manage sales activities and reporting.
Demonstrated problem-solving mindset, customer-focus, and commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory professional practices.
