Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Wealth Manager role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Wealth Manager will manage and grow client relationships by understanding financial goals, risk appetite, and life-stage needs, and by designing customized financial and investment strategies. Daily responsibilities include conducting portfolio reviews, recommending suitable investment and insurance products, monitoring market developments, and adjusting strategies in line with research insights and client objectives. The role involves collaborating with internal research and product teams to deliver holistic wealth solutions across asset classes and protection needs. The Wealth Manager will also be responsible for client onboarding, documentation, regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of ethical conduct and service quality.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning to assess client goals, risk profiles, cash flows, and long-term wealth objectives.
Candidates should possess solid Investment Management and Investments skills to construct, monitor, and rebalance multi-asset portfolios.
Candidates should possess a sound foundation in Finance to interpret market data, evaluate products, and align recommendations with research insights.
Candidates should possess working knowledge of Insurance solutions, including life, health, and general insurance, to provide comprehensive protection strategies.
Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Business; certifications like CFP, NISM, or similar professional credentials are beneficial.
Strong analytical skills, client relationship management abilities, and clear communication (written and verbal) are highly valued.
Prior experience in wealth management, banking, financial advisory, or related financial services roles in India is an advantage.
Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and regulatory documentation, along with adherence to compliance and ethical guidelines, is expected.
