Role Description This is a full-time remote role / Hybrid for a Leasing Consultant at Advance Real Estate | أدفـانس العـقارية. The Leasing Consultant will handle day-to-day leasing activities, including responding to inquiries, presenting property information, and guiding prospective residents and tenants through the leasing process. Responsibilities include managing lease documentation, coordinating lease signings and renewals, and ensuring accurate lease administration records. The role involves supporting resident retention by maintaining professional relationships, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive living or working experience. The Leasing Consultant will use strong communication and customer service skills to collaborate with internal teams, provide market feedback, and contribute to occupancy and revenue goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills related to leases, including understanding lease terms, conditions, and basic legal considerations.
Candidates should possess skills in lease administration, such as organizing documentation, tracking renewals, and maintaining accurate records.
Candidates should possess skills in resident retention, including building relationships, responding to concerns, and supporting long-term occupancy.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with residents, clients, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess customer service skills, including professionalism, problem-solving, and responsiveness to inquiries and issues.
Relevant experience in real estate, property management, or leasing is beneficial.
Proficiency with office software and CRM or property management systems is an advantage.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
