Bhanzu Learning Center (www.bhanzu.us) is founded by Neelakantha Bhanu, the World's Fastest Human Calculator. Our mission is to end math phobia and build confident problem solvers everywhere. Our on ground team runs learning centers and events across Texas, and we are building out a remote creative team based in India to support them, working closely with the on site team.
What You'll Do
Edit video ads for performance marketing and paid campaigns
Edit social media content, including reels and shorts
Edit videos covering classes and center life for students and parents
Edit testimonial footage into finished, usable videos
Maintain brand visual consistency across all video assets, adapting to the requirements of each platform or format while staying true to the brand
Work with the creative team to ideate on how best to show content in a way that resonates with a US audience, not just execute a brief
What We're Looking For
Strong hands-on video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro
Experience using AI tools and software in the editing process to bring more variety and speed up content creation
Actively exploring AI tools to move manual editing work to AI wherever possible
A portfolio showing social media style editing, such as reels or shorts
Experience editing videos for a US audience or US based brands
Comfortable coming up with ideas, not just following a brief
Comfortable working with a creative team
Comfortable working a full time night shift from India to match US business hours
1 to 3 years of experience editing video for social media or marketing
