Responsibilities
Handle litigation (RERA, consumer) and dispute resolution
Conduct land due diligence & support JV transactions
Draft/review contracts with legal consultants
Manage society/association formation & registration
Provide advisory on property transfers, housing loans, stamp duty, etc.
Requirements
LLB with 12+ years PQE in litigation & real estate law
Strong knowledge of Maharashtra land laws & RERA
Expertise in contract drafting & negotiation
Excellent communication & advisory skills
