We are looking for a Technical Product Specialist to join our team and support product demonstrations, technical operations, customer interaction, and marketing activities.
🔹 Candidate Profile
🎓 Diploma / ITI / Polytechnic in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
⚙️ Strong understanding of electronic devices, equipment, and technical products.
🔧 Basic knowledge of installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
💻 Must have a personal laptop.
🏍️ Must have a personal two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
📢 Basic understanding of sales & marketing and customer handling.
🗣️ Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
🚗 Willing to travel for customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical support.
💡 Ability to quickly learn and explain new technical products and their features.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers.
Explain product features, specifications, functionality, and benefits.
Provide technical assistance during product installation and usage.
Identify and resolve basic technical issues and coordinate with the service team when required.
Support the sales & marketing team with product-related technical information.
Visit customers and provide on-site product demonstrations and support.
Maintain customer relationships and collect product feedback.
Stay updated with new product features, technologies, and market requirements.
