ARABIC/RUSSIAN EDUCATION COUNSELOR

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ARABIC/RUSSIAN Education Counselor role based in Gurugram. The counselor will guide prospective students from Arabic- and Russian-speaking backgrounds in selecting suitable universities and academic programs, providing clear information on admission requirements, application procedures, and scholarship opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, responding to inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms, and supporting students throughout the application and enrollment process. The role involves maintaining accurate student records, collaborating with internal teams to align recruitment strategies, and contributing to outreach activities such as webinars and information sessions. The counselor will also support market-specific initiatives, including content localization and communication with international partner institutions.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Educational Consulting and Education-related advisory work.
Experience in Student Counseling, with a focus on supporting international applicants.
Strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
Background in Career Counseling or guidance, helping learners align academic choices with career goals.
Proficiency in Arabic and/or Russian, with good command of English for professional communication.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, International Relations, or a related field.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
Intercultural sensitivity and commitment to providing inclusive, non-discriminatory student support.
Prior experience in international education, student recruitment, or study-abroad advisory services is an advantage.
