Senior Human Resources Manager

looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and manage the organization-wide HR function and support business growth through effective people strategies and HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall HR Operations, Administration & People Management across the organization.
Drive manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee engagement.
Manage performance management, KRAs, appraisals, and employee development.
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace culture.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, SOPs, and best practices.
Ensure labour law and statutory compliance across the organization.
Partner with senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.
Oversee HR MIS, payroll coordination, attendance, documentation, and HR analytics.
Candidate Profile
8+ years of experience in HR, preferably in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or Project-based organizations.
Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to independently lead HR and work closely with senior management.
