Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and business performance analysis.
The role will work closely with leadership and functional teams to convert financial and operational data into actionable insights, improve financial visibility, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Own annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial performance reports.
Analyze Actual vs Budget vs Forecast variances and identify key business drivers.
Build and maintain financial models for revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow, and growth scenarios.
Track business KPIs and provide management with actionable insights.
Partner with Business, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Technology teams for financial planning.
Prepare MIS, dashboards, board-level reports, and management presentations.
Conduct profitability analysis by product, customer, channel, geography, or business unit.
Support pricing, investment, hiring, and expansion decisions through financial analysis.
Monitor cash flows, working capital, burn rate, and financial runway.
Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and what-if modelling.
Improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and forecasting methodologies.
Support month-end and year-end financial reviews in coordination with Finance and Accounts teams.
Assist leadership with strategic initiatives, fundraising analysis, business plans, and financial projections.
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Business Finance, or Financial Planning.
CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.
Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and financial modelling.
Experience building management dashboards and financial MIS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to interpret large datasets and translate numbers into business insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working with senior management or CXO stakeholders.
Experience in startups, fintech, technology, SaaS, digital businesses, or high-growth organizations will be an advantage.
Good to Have
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
Experience with ERP/accounting platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Zoho Books, or Tally.
Exposure to fundraising, investor reporting, valuation, or financial due diligence.
Experience designing automated financial dashboards and reporting systems.
