Quienes trabajamos con inocuidad alimentaria sabemos cuánto tiempo puede perderse cuando los controles, registros, evidencias, acciones correctivas y seguimientos están distribuidos entre diferentes planillas y documentos.
Por eso estamos desarrollando SIISM — Plataforma Integral de Gestión de Inocuidad Alimentaria.
Una herramienta creada para centralizar y facilitar la gestión de:
✓ HACCP y controles de PCC
✓ Control ambiental
✓ Programas de prerrequisitos
✓ Equipos e instalaciones
✓ Alérgenos
✓ CAPA y acciones correctivas
✓ Formación
✓ Cultura de inocuidad
✓ Historial, trazabilidad y reportes
Hoy queremos dar el siguiente paso:
