About the Opportunity
We're looking for proactive and committed volunteers to join the Thrive By Design team.
This is a general volunteer opportunity, and your area of contribution will be matched based on your skills, interests and the needs of the team.
Current areas include:
Executive Support
Support with scheduling, follow-ups, coordination and documentation
Assist with day-to-day executive and administrative tasks
Help keep important actions and commitments organized
Strategy & Programs
Support research and strategic thinking
Contribute ideas for initiatives and programs
Help turn ideas into structured plans
Support program development and evaluation
Partnerships & Sponsorship
Research potential partners and sponsors
Support partnership and sponsorship outreach
Assist with proposals, follow-ups and relationship management
Identify opportunities for collaboration
Marketing & Communications
Support content creation and communications
Assist with social media and campaign execution
Contribute to brand visibility and audience engagement
Support communications around TBD initiatives and programs
There may also be opportunities to contribute to specific projects, events and community initiatives as they arise.
Who We're Looking For

Are proactive and willing to take ownership
Communicate clearly and work well with others
Can commit consistently to their responsibilities
Are willing to learn and contribute ideas
Can work independently while staying accountable to the team
Have skills, experience or genuine interest in at least one of our areas of work
You don't need to have experience in every area listed. We're interested in understanding what you can contribute, what you want to learn and where you believe you can add value.
