Motion Graphic Designer

Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer will work full time on-site in Pune City, collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing teams to create engaging motion graphics and visual content. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing animated graphics, creating video assets for web and social media, and developing visually compelling storytelling for brand and product communication. The role involves editing and refining motion content based on feedback, preparing final files for various digital platforms, and maintaining visual consistency with brand guidelines. The Motion Graphic Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute creative ideas, and stay current with trends in motion design and digital media.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital campaigns, product demos, and brand storytelling.
Experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and preparing assets for web and social platforms.
Proficiency in Graphic Design and creating high-quality Graphics for UI, marketing materials, and digital content.
Advanced knowledge of industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives and animations.
Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
Relevant diploma or degree in Animation, Design, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, video projects, and graphic design work; experience in agency or tech environments is a plus.
