Junior Customer Support

We are hiring a Customer Support Associate
Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
Experience Required: Fresher or up to one year of experience
Salary Offered: 18,000-25,000
Timings: 9:30 AM- 6:30 PM (Monday-Saturday)
The candidate must be fluent in English and Hindi
Brief Job Description:
● Handle both incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with inquiries and provide timely support.
● Accurately process online orders and coordinate after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.
● Resolve customer issues quickly to maintain a positive buying experience and strengthen customer loyalty.
● Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through consistent and professional communication.
● Assist with logistics by coordinating deliveries, monitoring shipments, and addressing any related concerns.
● Manage front desk tasks, including welcoming visitors and handling all incoming phone calls.
● Gather and evaluate customer feedback to spot trends and contribute to ongoing service improvement.
● Prepare regular reports to provide insights that drive informed business decisions.
