Role Description The Inventory Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, preparing regular inventory reports, and identifying trends or discrepancies to support operational and financial decisions. The Inventory Analyst will collaborate with procurement, operations, and finance teams to maintain optimal stock levels, support forecasting, and help prevent shortages or excesses. Daily tasks include updating inventory records, validating data accuracy, reconciling differences between physical and system counts, and suggesting process improvements for inventory control and efficiency. The role also involves supporting the implementation of inventory management tools and contributing to best practices in data-driven inventory planning.
Qualifications
Strong inventory-focused skills, including Inventory Analysis, Inventory Management, and Inventory Control.
Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting data, generating insights, and supporting inventory-related decision-making.
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and inventory/ERP systems; experience with tools such as Excel, SAP, or similar platforms is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in inventory or supply chain analysis within consulting, retail, or technology-driven environments is an advantage.
