Product Head of POP

This is a senior product leadership opportunity focused on shaping the long-term direction of a global payments platform. You will define product strategy across multiple pillars while leading a team of Product Managers and owning the business performance of the product area. The role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, commercial strategy, and payments infrastructure, with significant influence over platform scalability and innovation. You will transform complex payment challenges into scalable solutions supporting enterprise merchants and high transaction volumes. Working closely with engineering, sales, partnerships, and customer success, you will translate market needs into differentiated product capabilities.
