We are looking for a Factory Operations Lead who can take complete responsibility of operations and productions at our manufacturing unit in Satna.
This is NOT a role for someone looking to supervise a single production line or perform one specific function. We are looking for someone who can ensure that the entire factory runs efficiently every single day.
You will work directly with the founders and become the primary person responsible for day-to-day factory operations.
What You'll Be Responsible For
You will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the factory from the moment production starts until products are dispatched.
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering — mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
Experience supervising production teams or factory workers.
Working knowledge of inventory management and production reporting.
You should be able to:
Run daily factory operations with minimal supervision.
Ensure production targets are consistently achieved.
Maintain accurate inventory and production records.
Keep product quality consistently high.
Coordinate dispatches on time.
Identify problems early and resolve them proactively.

Satna, Madhya Pradesh
Salary - ₹25,000- ₹35,000 PM
This role is intended for candidates who currently reside in Satna and can commute to the factory daily.
