Architect cum Product/Industrial Designer

Architect / Industrial / Product Designer (1+ Years Experience) | Greater Noida West
At Mianzi, we are building a futuristic design brand out of bamboo and other natural materials. The goal is simple. Create products that feel new, not recycled. Push Indian craft into a space it has not occupied before.
This role is for someone who wants to do real work. Not just make presentations.
The Work
You will design products from scratch and take them all the way to production.
This includes:
Thinking through ideas without relying on references
Building CAD models and solving for real constraints
Working directly with artisans and figuring out what actually works
Iterating fast until the product is right
A lot of this will be unclear at the start. That is intentional.
What Matters
1+ years in product or industrial design
Strong working skills in Rhino, AutoCAD, Photoshop
Architects are welcome [and preferred]
Beyond that:
You can generate ideas on your own
You move with speed and do not wait to be pushed
You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
You are comfortable getting things wrong and fixing them quickly
You care about the final product, not just how it looks on screen
