Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in India. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and assets for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media creatives, website graphics, presentations, and product-related designs. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand brand goals, interpret briefs, and translate ideas into engaging visual content aligned with FTL’s ecosystem. Day-to-day tasks include designing layouts, illustrations, and icons; preparing files for production; maintaining brand consistency across platforms; and iterating on designs based on feedback. The Graphic Designer will also support new initiatives in technology, media, and digital platforms by proposing design ideas that improve user experience and brand communication.
Qualifications
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
Experience creating digital assets for websites, social media, ads, and presentations; familiarity with basic UI/UX design principles is an advantage.
Ability to design for print (brochures, flyers, packaging, banners) with knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and production-ready files.
Capability to interpret creative briefs, develop visual concepts, and present design options clearly to stakeholders.
Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and the ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple platforms.
Comfort collaborating with marketing, product, and content teams, and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in multi-sector or fast-paced environments (technology, consumer products, media, or digital platforms) is a plus.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print mediums.
