Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Officer, based in Dadri, with some flexibility for work from home. The Account Officer will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. The role involves reconciling accounts, monitoring payables and receivables, assisting with budgeting, and ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant regulations. The Account Officer will also respond to internal and external queries, support audits, and coordinate with other departments to provide accurate financial information for decision-making.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Statements, including understanding of ledgers, balance sheets, and income statements.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify variances, and support reporting and forecasting.
Candidates should possess effective Customer Service and Communication skills to handle queries, coordinate with stakeholders, and present financial information clearly.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA/ICWA/CS or equivalent) are an advantage.
Prior experience in an accounting or finance role, ideally in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup, managing deadlines and multiple priorities.
