Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Executive who can help us expand our network of mechanics, spare-parts shops, dealers, and other local partners.
Key Responsibilities
Visit two-wheeler mechanics, spare-parts shops, dealers, and garages on a daily basis.
Introduce GoSpares and explain our products and services.
Build and maintain relationships with mechanics and local spare-parts businesses.
Onboard new mechanics, retailers, and potential business partners.
Collect market information about product demand, pricing, availability, and competitors.
Follow up with existing contacts and maintain regular communication.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding product requirements, customer queries, and market feedback.
Support local promotional activities and brand awareness initiatives.
Maintain daily records of visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly field targets.
Requirements
12th pass or Graduate; experience in sales/field work will be an advantage.
0–2 years of experience in field sales, business development, automobile, or spare-parts industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with mechanics, shop owners, dealers, and customers.
Basic knowledge of two-wheelers and their spare parts is preferred.
Must be comfortable with regular field visits.
Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
Ability to maintain simple reports and follow-ups.
Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-oriented.
Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence is preferred.
Preferred Candidate
A candidate who has experience or familiarity with the two-wheeler spare-parts market, automobile workshops, mechanics, or local retailers will be preferred.
