Senior Producer / Creative Production Lead

Yadom Life is a D2C herbal wellness brand ("Open. Inhale. Reset.") shipping 50–60 pieces of content a month. We need one person who can own pre- and post-production end to end — someone senior enough to direct our existing editors, and hands-on enough to shoot and cut a piece solo when it matters. This is the last check on quality before anything goes live.
What you'll own
End-to-end pre-production and post-production for all Yadom Life video content
Direct and brief the existing editing team; review and sign off on their output
Shoot and edit personally when needed — this is a hands-on role, not a purely supervisory one
Own the visual/packaging quality bar across everything that ships — framing, pacing, thumbnails, finishing
Build a production workflow and calendar that holds up at 50–60 pieces/month without the quality slipping
Bring your own creative point of view to shoots, not just execute someone else's brief
What we need
4+ years hands-on shooting AND editing experience (not editing-only), ideally for a brand, creator, or agency
Has directed or reviewed other editors' work before — this role leads people, not just a timeline
A strong, demonstrable eye for finished quality
Based in or able to relocate to Noida — in-office
Nice to have
Experience with a wellness, herbal, or D2C beauty brand
Motion graphics or AI-assisted video tools
