Store Manager

Job Summary
The store manager will oversee daily outlet operations, customer sales, billing, stock management, and the smooth running of the store. This role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to increase sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily sales operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
• Handle customer interactions and product enquiries, providing excellent service.
• Generate bills, manage cash transactions, and maintain billing accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate stock requirements.
• Maintain product displays, store organization, and overall outlet standards.
• Prepare and share regular sales reports and updates with headquarters.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and support promotional activities.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with headquarters on sales, inventory, and operational updates.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in retail sales, billing, or customer service is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of billing software and cash handling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customers professionally and work responsibly.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.

Additional Information
• Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month.
• Flexible working hours.
• Accommodation and food will be provided as per requirement.
• One weekly day off will be provided (except Sundays).
• Job type: Full-time, permanent.
• Work location: In person, Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala. Applicants should reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred).
• English required.
