Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Flutter Developer role based in Bengaluru South. The Flutter Developer will design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring responsive interfaces and smooth performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, integrating APIs and back-end services, troubleshooting and resolving bugs, writing clean and testable code, and collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other developers. The role also involves participating in code reviews, optimizing applications for scalability and reliability, and staying updated with Flutter best practices and relevant mobile development trends.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Hands-on experience in Software Development and Programming, preferably with Flutter, Dart, and mobile application development.
Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and clean architecture patterns for scalable and maintainable code.
Familiarity with Back-End Web Development, RESTful APIs, and integration of mobile apps with server-side services.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with version control systems (such as Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Ability to analyze requirements, estimate tasks, and deliver features within agreed timelines.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Prior experience in publishing apps to Google Play Store or Apple App Store is an advantage.
