CroydonUK is a fashion brand focused on contemporary menswear, combining quality fabrics, refined tailoring, and modern styling. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, production teams, and internal departments.
Manage the merchandising process from product development to final delivery.
Follow up on samples, fabric, trims, approvals, production, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and maintain Tech Packs, BOMs, costing sheets, T&A (Time & Action) calendars, and order sheets.
Coordinate with the design team to develop new styles and collections.
Monitor production progress and ensure orders are completed within the agreed timeline.
Communicate with vendors regarding fabric, trims, quality, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Check product specifications, measurements, colours, fabrics, and workmanship.
Track order status and provide regular updates to management.
Identify and resolve production or delivery-related issues.
Maintain proper documentation and merchandising records.
Requirements
3–8 years of experience in apparel merchandising preferred.
Knowledge of men's apparel, fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
Good understanding of garment production and sampling processes.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple styles/orders simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in men's formalwear, casualwear, shirts, trousers, polos, or uniforms will be an advantage.
Knowledge of garment costing and production planning.
Experience working with garment manufacturers and suppliers.
Basic knowledge of fashion trends and product development.
