Program Description This is a remote Traineeship program for a Data Analyst at Mdtreasy Medical Travel Pvt Ltd. The intern will support data collection, cleaning, and validation related to patient journeys, hospital partnerships, and operational performance. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing healthcare and business data, preparing basic dashboards and reports, and generating insights that support decision-making in areas such as patient experience, cost optimization, and process efficiency. This Program involves working closely with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into practical recommendations and documenting analytical processes for future use. The intern will also assist in improving data workflows, maintaining data accuracy, and contributing to the development of metrics and key performance indicators.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support problem-solving.
Candidates should possess Business Analytics skills to translate data insights into operational and strategic recommendations.
Candidates should possess Data Analytics and general Analytics skills to work with datasets, generate reports, and support performance tracking.
Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Statistics to understand distributions, correlations, and basic statistical testing.
Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or basic data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
Ability to learn quickly, work independently in a remote environment, and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Current enrollment or recent graduation in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
Interest in healthcare, medical travel, or health-tech sectors and a commitment to patient-centric values are advantageous.
