RKA Engineering & Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our project team in Ramgarh, Jharkhand.
Position: Senior Civil Engineer / Site Engineer
Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Ramgarh, Jharkhand
Employment: Full-time
Role & Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise day-to-day civil construction and site operations
• Conduct and oversee surveying, setting-out and site measurements
• Manage manpower, labour productivity and site deployment
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and project teams
• Monitor work progress, quality, safety and adherence to project schedules
• Interpret drawings, specifications and technical requirements
• Maintain daily progress reports, measurements and site documentation
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials and equipment
• Identify and resolve site-level execution and technical issues
• Drive timely and efficient project execution
Candidate Profile
• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in civil construction/site execution
• Strong practical knowledge of surveying, site management and labour management
• Proven ability to independently manage site activities and workforce
• Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills
• Experience in infrastructure, industrial or large-scale construction projects will be preferred
