Role Description The Information Technology Executive will manage and support day-to-day IT operations for Sujata’s on-site facility in North Delhi. This full-time role includes providing technical support to internal teams, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining network infrastructure and connectivity. The role involves monitoring system performance, ensuring data security and backups, and coordinating with vendors or service providers for IT-related requirements. The Information Technology Executive will document IT processes, assist in system upgrades or deployments, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and secure technology usage.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Information Technology and hands-on experience with IT Operations.
Proven ability in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Experience in Network Administration, including basic configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network devices.
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), office productivity tools, and common enterprise applications.
Understanding of data backup practices, IT security principles, and user access management.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
Relevant diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are an advantage.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or consumer products environment is beneficial.
