About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join us for a full-time, 3-month remote internship, with the opportunity to convert to a permanent full-time position based on performance.
You will support our day-to-day marketing activities across research, strategy and campaign execution, and gain hands-on experience in marketing within the financial services sector.
Responsibilities
Assist with market research, analysing trends, competitors and customer needs
Help develop and refine marketing strategies
Contribute to digital and traditional marketing campaigns
Gather and analyse customer and market data
Prepare marketing materials and coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging
Support basic sales activities, including preparing presentations, drafting outreach content and responding to customer inquiries professionally
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly, collaborate with the team and engage with clients and prospects
Ability to conduct market research and analyse trends, competitors and customer needs
Interest or experience in marketing strategy and basic sales activities
Customer-service mindset with a professional, responsive approach
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
Proficiency with common office software (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote setting
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Compensation
Internship stipend: ₹3,000–₹5,000 per month for 3 months
Full-time salary on conversion: ₹3–4 LPA
