Social Media Manager & Content Creator

BringleTech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager & Content Creator who is creative, hands-on, and capable of independently managing brands and creating high-quality content.
We are looking for someone who has previously managed social media accounts for brands independently and can take ownership of the complete content process — from ideation, shooting and photography to editing and publishing.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage social media accounts for multiple brands.
Develop content strategies and monthly content calendars.
Ideate and create engaging Reels, short-form videos, stories, carousels and posts.
Handle basic photography and video shoots.
Edit videos and create basic social media graphics.
Research trends, formats, sounds and fresh content ideas.
Write captions, hooks and social media copy.
Monitor content performance and optimize accordingly.
Take ownership of the complete content creation process.
Requirements
2+ years of relevant experience in Social Media Management / Content Creation.
Proven experience of independently managing social media accounts for brands.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels and current social media trends.
Good video editing skills - CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, etc.
Basic graphic design skills - Canva, Photoshop, etc.
Good photography and video-shooting skills.
Strong creative sense and storytelling ability.
Proactive, confident and able to work independently.
What We're Looking For
Someone who is creative, experimental and genuinely passionate about content - not someone who simply posts what they are told.
You should be able to take an idea from concept → shoot → edit → publish and turn it into content that people actually want to watch and share.
