As a Sr. Business Development Associate, you will connect with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the right learning path. The role focuses on consultative selling, consistent follow ups, target achievement, and helping working professionals unlock stronger tech career opportunities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 1+ years of experience in sales, BD, or IT services.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Passion for sales, targets, and high-performance environments.
• Undergraduate degree in any stream.
• Experience handling Rs,50K+ ticket sizes preferred.
