Avenlix Digital is seeking an experienced VP of Programs to provide strategic leadership for the company's programs, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional operations.
The VP of Programs will work closely with senior leadership to set priorities, enhance execution, manage strategic initiatives, and ensure efficient program delivery aligned with organizational goals.
Position Overview
The VP of Programs will oversee the planning, execution, and performance of major company programs. This executive will coordinate across departments, establish program governance, monitor performance, and ensure strategic initiatives progress on schedule and within scope while meeting business objectives.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive program strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead a portfolio of strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives.
Define program priorities, milestones, performance metrics, and governance processes.
Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to drive successful program execution.
Monitor program performance, budgets, schedules, risks, and resource requirements.
Identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions.
Build scalable processes and systems to enhance program efficiency.
Lead and mentor the program management team and senior program leads.
Report program progress, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
Support organizational planning, transformation initiatives, and long-term growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced degree or relevant professional certifications preferred.
Extensive leadership experience in program management, operations, engineering program management, or a related field.
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs.
Strong strategic planning, organizational coordination, and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead senior teams and collaborate with high-level stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience establishing program governance, KPIs, business processes, and performance management systems.
