Salesforce Solution Architect | Presales

The Salesforce Solutions Architect will design, configure, implement, and manage complex solutions after thoroughly analyzing and understanding the business requirements. You will work directly with the client and internal team members to ensure successful implementations. You must be technically capable and confident in your approach to help customers embrace and adopt new technology.
The Solutions Architect leads consultative engagements with complex enterprise customers, partnering with key stakeholders to create compelling visions while advising and executing on strategies. They serve as an expert to produce service SOWs and implementation plans using strong interpersonal skills, functional knowledge, and industry experience to deliver customer ROI. As a strong presenter and facilitator, you will obtain customer acceptance by delivering the right strategic vision and driving the difficult conversations necessary to execute business strategies.
Responsibilities
Solution Design: Lead end-to-end solutions for complex business processes and author comprehensive design documents.
Strategic Advice: Recommend "build vs. buy" strategies regarding third-party integrations and demonstrate deep knowledge of the Salesforce product roadmap.
Integration Architecture: Work directly with technical leadership to influence integration design decisions as a component of the overall solution to be delivered.
Data Strategy: Work directly with data and technical leadership to influence data migration strategy that aligns with desired end state.
Solution Ownership: Act as the single solution owner over multi-workstream projects, ensure solution soundness and coordination between project resources, and liaise with customer stakeholders as a consistent voice representing the delivery team.
Basic Qualifications
8 years of successful IT experience.
3 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect in a mid-to-large organization.
Demonstrated Leadership: Proven ability to drive organizational transformation within a matrixed environment
Proven ability to be involved in multiple projects at once

Communication: Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal; ability to explain complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.
Mentality: Strong hands-on mentality—leads by example and excels in unstructured, rapid-growth environments.
Teamwork: Ability to learn quickly and function as a positive, creative member of a collaborative team.
Deployment: Experience managing the deployment of new offerings and enhancements to existing enterprise applications.
