Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Latur. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing and reviewing structural and infrastructure components for residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with local codes and industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and checking drawings and technical specifications, assisting with project planning and scheduling, and coordinating with site teams, architects, and contractors. The role involves monitoring construction activities, performing quality checks, resolving technical issues on-site, and supporting stormwater and drainage design where required. The Civil Engineer will also contribute to cost estimates, documentation, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
Experience working as Civil Engineers on building and infrastructure projects, preferably in residential or commercial development.
Skills in Planning and project coordination, including scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation.
Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related regulatory requirements.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and construction practices; proficiency in engineering and drafting software is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
