Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with bank partners and customers, ensuring effective communication and high service standards. Daily activities include understanding customer needs, offering suitable life insurance solutions, supporting policy servicing and renewal processes, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve queries and issues promptly. The role involves achieving sales and relationship management targets, conducting regular follow-ups, and participating in partner engagement activities, training sessions, and promotional initiatives. The Relationship Manager will also maintain accurate records, prepare periodic reports, and adhere to regulatory and company guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Sales and business development capabilities, including target orientation and familiarity with financial or insurance products.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in presenting solutions and handling customer queries.
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer profiles, track performance, and resolve issues.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and bank partners in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; prior experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office applications, and digital platforms for reporting and customer engagement.
